I’m an intimacy therapist and psychotherapy intern working at the intersection of depth psychology, coaching, and trauma-sensitive care. My work supports relational change that is not only understood, but felt and lived.

I work with people who want to resolve the past while growing toward an authentic future. Sessions are collaborative and attuned to your pace, integrating conversation with body-centered practices to support relief, regulation, and steady integration.

I support unravelling relational patterns, processing held emotional material, and cultivating intimacy, sexual wellbeing, confidence, and personal agency. I also work with stress, anxiety, and attachment challenges.

Trained in the VITA™ methodology, I use an integrative approach to support nervous system reorientation and new ways of relating to yourself and others. This work can help with:

My goal is to bring ease to the therapeutic experience by fostering possibility while remaining personable. Whether you’re here to simply sit with what is, explore self-actualisation, or reach for new potential, my style is down-to-earth, supportive, and to be honest - fun!

I came to this work through my own journey—curious to understand myself and how to live more freely. This lived experience is the foundation I bring to my work. Across nearly two decades of exploration, I’ve learned what it takes to heal, and thrive relationally.
